MAZIAR BAHARI AT THE SAN FRANCISCO BAHA’I CENTER
SAVE THE DATE: Sunday afternoon, September 30, at 2:00 PM. San Francisco Baha’i Center, 170 Valencia Street.
Maziar Bahari will be present for discussion following the screening of an inspiring documentary film he produced called Changing the World, One Wall at a Time.
Mr. Bahari, who is Muslim and a journalist, was incarcerated and tortured by the Iranian regime. His ordeal formed the basis of the Jon Stewart film Rosewater.

Changing the World, One Wall at a Time documents the mural painting project on the theme EDUCATION IS NOT A CRIME, denouncing denial of education to all too many young people worldwide. We will see huge murals in progress around the world, and hear from the artists as well as observers on the street as they react to the murals.
Following the film, there will be Q&A with Mr. Bahari, and light refreshments. Mark your calendar and invite as many guests as you can! This will be a fascinating event suitable for all ages and all religious backgrounds.
[Parking is very limited around the Baha’i Center. Please use public transportation or car share.]
