Clinic - Faith & Community Based Organization Operations

Participants will learn how to manage operations specific to faith-based organizations including volunteer recruitment and management, creating and implementing policies and procedures, establishing and managing program funds, building internal culture and other functions necessary to stabilize and grow the organization.

We are open for check in at 8:30am   Workshops are from 9:00am - Noon
​Please allow yourself extra time to park.  The best time to secure a parking space is between8:30am and 9:00am.   There is metered street parking and several parking lots within walking distance and 2.5 blocks from the 12th St BART station.  

We are located within a secured building, but access will be available at 8:30am. If you arrive after the workshop begins, please call our office# 510-839-2440 for entry.
