Just in time for the Midterm Election campaign season, Grace Cathedral is offering a course on 5 Sundays in July on how to have principled and productive conversations about politics. The Civil Discourse Program is part class and part discussion; participants will leave the ability to have respectful discussions about politics, policy and legislation with even the most polarized and partisan family members, friends and co-workers.
The Rev. Dr. Ellen Clark-King, the cathedral’s Executive Pastor and Canon for Social Justice; and the Rev. Mark Stanger, Canon for Formation and an expert in teaching ethics and spirituality; will lead the course.
