This virtual training provides leaders with an overview of key legal principles every nonprofit leader must know and observe now for the organization’s protection and stability. Attorneys Asha Wilkerson of the Wilkerson Law Office and Karl Mill, Adler Colvin, will provide insight into the responsibilities of 501 (c) (3) status, the board’s legal responsibilities, non-negotiable nonprofit reporting requirements, laws governing key human relations and key issues of labor and employment law. This training is recommended for all faith-based organization leaders, nonprofit directors, and board members.
