Andrea supports families and care partners by establishing ways to connect emotionally with a person with dementia as the disease progresses and supporting family care partners as they manage the daily changes in mood and behavior. Andrea has over 17 years of experience working with families and building strengths-based care plans while integrating person-centered, trauma informed care into every aspect of her work.
Kate Blank, LCSW, is a care manager for Seniors At Home. She earned her MSW at Arizona State University and is a licensed clinical social worker.
