Workshop
Mastering the Fund Development Process – Part I
Presenter: Kim Klein, Klein & Roth Consulting
This class is designed to help nonprofit leaders who have participated in Kim Klein’s basic major donor development class to take their knowledge and skills to the next level. In Part I of this hands-on training, Klein, a nationally known fund development expert, presents participants with the unique opportunity to learn advanced strategies to create their own fund development plan. In Part II of this training, presented on June 1, Klein will give participants feedback on the plan they’ve developed along with her recommendations for achieving greater impact.
In Mastering the Fund Development Process, participants will learn:
- How to develop grassroots funding strategies for the long-haul
- How to identify and develop the organization’s untapped base of financial supporters
- How to create pots of money through individual donor research and other approaches
- How to create and manage the organizations’ Fund Development Plan
Priority will be given to individuals who attended last year's workshop
"Secrets to Building Multiple Income Streams" on Feb.25, 2016.
