2016 has been a great year for trainings, but have you applied what you’ve learned in order to soar in 2017? Often faith-based organizations and nonprofits operate well enough to meet a number of objectives, but consistently miss the mark when it comes to achieving their most critical goals. The “Preparing to Soar in 2017” clinic will help leaders assess exactly what adjustments they need to make in areas such as fund development, program planning, legal compliance and outreach, to leap to the next level of excellence in 2017. All participants will complete the organization “check-up” assessment. Based on those results, leaders may apply for free professional consulting support in key management areas. One-on-one technical assistance will begin in 2017. In our final session for the year, you are invited to share your achievements, discuss your upcoming work and network with potential partners over breakfast.
