Please come and try out our unique and effective guided meditation. This meditation includes a series of flowing, gentle movements similar to Qigong, along with a special relaxing music and sound containing a powerful blessing, which relaxes the mind and body. The combination of these two help you go into a meditative state more quickly and easily than just sitting in place.

Join us in a delightful and relaxing meditation to help you unwind from the stress in your daily life and re-energize your body. This will give you a clear mind that will help you handle your daily life more easily and improve your physical and spiritual well-being. It will also help you obtain inner peace and happiness, and develop wisdom.

If you feel like your schedule is too full, remember that even just a few minutes of meditation is better than none. When you spend time meditating on a regular basis, you actually have more time.
