SFIC Online Briefing for Faith Leaders to Address Impact of COVID-19 on Transportation in San Francisco
As a "Transit First City," San Francisco is committed to lowering carbon emissions, encouraging travel by cycling and public transportation and minimizing the use of automobiles. Of the many sectors dramatically impacted by the COVID-19, transit in our City has not been exempt from the pandemic's wide net. This week's "Online Briefing for Faith Leaders," hosted by the San Francisco Interfaith Council in collaboration with the Department of Emergency Management's Community Branch, welcomes San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency Director Jeff Tumlin, who will address the impact of the Coronavirus on transit in San Francisco.
