Community Events

The San Francisco Interfaith Council counts as its constituents the 800 congregations in the City and County of San Francisco, their respective judicatories, sectarian educational and healthcare institutions, as well as the faith-based social service agencies that provide the social safety net for our most vulnerable residents. It has been the policy and practice of the SFIC to speak on behalf of no particular faith tradition or community, while at the same time informing and giving a voice to all. In that spirit, the SFIC posts the events and activities of its constituent members on this website.

Please note that these postings reflect the diverse rich fabric of our City’s interfaith community. Although this site is hosted by the San Francisco Interfaith Council, the views and nature of these events are solely those of the religious communities or organizations offering submissions and do not necessarily reflect the collective view of the SFIC. The SFIC reserves the right to reject requests-to-post from organizations and individuals other than the SFIC's San Francisco faith-based constituents and those events whose themes are unrelated to the religious life of our community. You can submit your own event by completing this form.

Community Event submissions are subject to administrative approval.
